Reiki
Reiki is said to be a form of “energy healing” and can help a number of physical and emotional symptoms.
Although Reiki is a gentle energy it can have very deep and lasting effects. Reiki promotes relaxation and can reduce stress. It can strengthen the immune system and help you to feel balanced and whole. You remain fully clothed and will only feel a light touch. The session includes relaxation time to help the body regain balance.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing therapy based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which respond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. By using a specific technique of applying gentle pressure to the hands or feet in a series of movements. It is able to assist relaxation, enhance sleep, helps to stimulate the body’s own immune system, increase circulation and aid depression.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy recognised and widely use by the Health Care sector.
Acupressure Back Massage
Acupressure is a form of Chinese healing that involves applying pressure to certain points on the body to relieve pain. There are many different points in the body, known as ‘meridians’ that carry energy throughout the body. This therapy combines the benefits of massage and stimulates the acupressure points along the spine.
