I was quite nervous about coming to a salon to have my hair cut as I am not really a girly girl but I was made to feel very relaxed thanks to Vicki and the other stylist that was there so I will defiantly be coming back as I am really pleased with my hairdo! Thank you :-)

It was my first time at Benessere so I was a little apprehensive. Abby made me feel very comfortable and did my hair how I wanted it to look. I have had lots of comments about my hair since visiting the salon.

Was impressed with how thorough Vicky was in my consultation. She took time to discuss different options with me and I liked the fact that only one member of staff was with me from start to finish.

Polite helpful dedicated masseuse who went out of her way to eliminate the tension and stiffness I was experiencing by asking questions about my pain levels and adjusting her technique accordingly. My hairdresser was professional and obviously enjoyed her work which all contributes to the overall experience when attending the salon.

I had an appointment with Hanna and I was delighted by my new hairstyle and the advice I received. I will definitely be coming back :)

From the moment I rang the salon and Fran answered I felt I had outstanding customer service and could not wait for my appointment. Hanna was fantastic, listened and took a real interest. My hair has been easier than ever to manage and the cut is fab! My hair has a sassy swing to it and friends have noticed!

Benessere always have Offers of the Month and this month I took full advantage and gave myself a bit of a pamper afternoon. I had a full head of foils along with a cut and blow-dry PLUS a luxury pedicure and came out with change from £75. What a great way to feel good (and look good) in the current Credit Crunch. The price may have been discounted but the service certainly wasn't! All of the staff at Benessere are friendly and welcoming as well as offering the highest standards of service.

The staff always appear happy and this translates into a 110% service in terms of delivery and value for money. I always feel well looked after when I'm in their hands.
